Can I cancel my workshop booking?

 

Full payment is required prior to the workshop commencing. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop you have booked and it is more than 14 days in advance we can offer a refund for the full amount. If cancellation is within 7-14 days of the commencement of the course we will refund you 50% of the cost of the course. We are sorry but if it less than 7 days before the course begins we will be unable to offer a refund. 

You could always send a lucky friend in your place but please let us know of the name change. 

When we take your payment we start to spend money beyond administration costs, these may include buying in supplies and booking tutors. 

A full refund will be given if your workshop is cancelled by Incandescence Couture for any reason.
